Pioneering the application of PV micro-generation solar systems for public-sector landlords in the UK, Phanes Group and its partners delivered one of the country’s largest residential rooftop systems in this sector (at this time - 2015). Spanning 3,500 homes, the portfolio became a benchmark for our distributed solar approach.
The expertise and flexibility of our project development team was fundamental to the success of the project, which involved managing multiple stakeholders. The result was a proprietary legal framework for rooftop projects that we continue to refine to this day.
